Getting a move on

Now that I have the optics and LED’s to do with the drivers I have started to get it all together. In the image below you can see the basic shape and design of the lights that will go on the handle bar’s of the recumbent trike.

The LED is attached to the high temp cabling you can see on the right. The  LED and its MCPCB (Metal Core Printed Circuit Board) are hidden by the square optics. That whole assembly will slide into the square Aluminium tubing seen behind it.

I haven’t quite got to the point of testing the box closed yet as I still need to sort our how i’m going to mount both the lights and the switches to the recumbent. This is something I will address in the coming days.
